Can I stop my paid subscription anytime?


Yes, our plans are prorated, so you can stop your subscription anytime. If you stop your subscription in the middle of a billing cycle, you will get a discount that will be automatically applied on the next invoices.

Do you monitor Linkedin?


Yes we do monitor Linkedin posts, even private posts that are not publicly available on Google! We don't monitor comments though. As Linkedin monitoring is technically complex, this source is only available on paid plans.

Do you monitor Quora?


Yes we monitor Quora. As Quora does not provide an easy way to monitor posts, questions and answers, this source is only available on paid plans.

Do you monitor Facebook?


Yes we do monitor Facebook posts, even private posts that are not publicly available on Google! We don't monitor comments though. As Facebook monitoring is technically complex, this source is only available on paid plans.

Do you monitor Facebook groups?


Yes we do monitor public Facebook groups but not private groups for the moment.

Do you monitor X (Twitter)?


Yes we do, and we even monitor private posts and comments that are not publicly available on Google! As Twitter's API is now a paid service this source is only available on paid plans.

Do you monitor social media in real-time? What is the refresh rate?


Yes we monitor social media in real-time. The refresh rate is per second. You should expect to receive the notifications within a couple of seconds and up to 1 minute in case of temporary congestion.

How will you inform me when you detect something?


You will receive an email. You can also set up an API webhook to automatically integrate the result into your system, or set up a Slack notification.

Can I send the alerts to several persons?


Yes, you will need to create a team for that and invite members to your team (make sure to subscribe to a plan that includes team management).

Which kind of AI analysis do you perform exactly?


Once a keyword is detected, we use AI to analyze the sentiment about the keyword. It allows you to automatically understand what people think about you, your brand, your product, etc.

I have a lot of keywords, can I upload them in bulk?


Yes. Managing too many keywords from the dashboard can be tedious, so alternatively you can maintain a large list of keywords in a CSV file and upload them all at once in bulk. Make sure to subscribe to a plan that includes bulk upload.
